NP Precision Inc.
Precision Machined parts supplier to the aerospace and defense industries, and are a growing business.
Inventory Control/Material Handler, including tool crib attendant. Familiarity and experience with cutting tools in a precision machine shop is a must.
Job Description:
- Organize and manage machine shop cutting tool inventory.
- Issue cutting tools to machinists as requested.
- Replenish cutting tool inventory as needed by submitting needs to purchasing.
- Organize and manage finished goods, raw material, hardware, and shelf life inventory.
- Issue raw material, and hardware to jobs as needed.
- Ability to use Vantage MRP system to control and manage inventory.
- Performs inventory audits periodically to assure inventory accuracy
Skills/Qualifications:
Precision Machine shop cutting tool knowledge, Organization, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Process Improvement, Safety Management, Inventory Control, Data Entry Skills
